Difficulty engaging first and reverse when warm

My C4 Cab has difficulty engaging first and reverse gear when warm. To engage the first and reverse when warm you have to push the clutch very hard to the floor to engage gear. When the engine is cold it is much easier to engage gear. Is this this normal

No, usually the other way round, tighter when cold.
Have you checked the gearbox oil level?

Does not sound right - normally it is easier when hot. That and the pedal to the floor suggests either a worn clutch else a fluid problem somewhere. If the clutch has not done too many miles look at the fluid level etc. a specialist would see this one very quickly.

Had a similar problem with my C2 and a new clutch solved the problem.
