Hi,

Can't help you with a quote but I can recommend an excellent body shop. They are opposite Jaz Porsche in Wembley (I contacted them through Jaz). they sorted out my paint work and made it look like new on my Guards Red S2.

They were doing some serious rebuilding of some 911's that had met the ditch - properly impressive work.

Jaz will put you in touch I'm sure or I can get you the number tomorrow - It's at work and I'm not back till then.

Let me know if you still want it.

Thanks

Will

hiya wil, thanks for that, i am aware of jaz, an there excellant rep but i dont think i need a body shop as no paint needed just a small dent removal and would like to think a mobile dent/scratch specialist will be suffice as it seems body shops in my area [wanstead/woodford] seem to charge a fortune and then keep the car for ?days and i have had negative experiance with local bodyshops so if the problem was that bad i would use somebody like jaz or jz machtech to do the job. thanks again ,will and a happy new year, regards jason p

No problem - any chance you can help me out with my alarm query.... I notice you have an S2 too.....

Have a good New Year!

Hi,

I have been fiddling with my S2 over Christmas and think I might have a problem, but am not sure? (Its not serious - you may have guessed)

The problem (more of an irritation) is that the ultrasonic alarm relay clicks to detect movement even when the car is switched on. It doesn't set off the alarm but I would have thought it should be totally inactive when the car ignition is on..? You can test it by waving your hand in front of the sensors (which are by the back windows) and listening carefully...

Does anyone else have this happen in theirs?

Will
