Dings and dents N London

I am still waiting patiently , (actually impatiently) for my 2.7 to arrive. Was a March build but I added PSM in Feb so expect it May[:D]. Metallic midnight blue, blue hood, a/c,OBC, grey leather seats.
Meanwhile I need to see to some minor dents on the E Class estate. Can anyone recomment a Dent master or similar in north London
Thanks

Thanks Daro911 and Rodney. Ace tell me that they only work with the trade and then only in south London. Chipsaway will come on friday to quote. I'll let you know the outcome.
2.7 rumoured to have been finished on May 12, salesman still trying to get confirmation. Starting to get excited.

That would be good, I'm looking to use them over the next week or so for some minor scratches....would be interested to see how much they charge.....I wouldnt think for a minor paint and dent job they would charge much more than £150.

I'm quoted £300 for small dent and scratches in front wing, dents in tailgate (swung up in garage !!) scratches on front plastic spoiler and 3 bumber corners scratches on plastic. Coming to do the work in 2 weeks time. Let you know the outcome.

For all that work, that sounds like a great price, and I'm sure the quality of the work will be great too, I've only heard good things about them...keep us posted!

I called Chipsaway to give me a quote on 07939-594-008. He should have turned up today at 5, he didnt turn up,he didnt call.

Which is nice.

I contacted Chipsaway through the web site first and was given the same mobile number to call for north london. Registering with "head office" may be useful in case of "no shows".
Will collect 2.7 on June 14th.

ChipsAway came today and did a fantastic job on my mercedes E320. £300 +VAT.
Very pleased with the result. ChipsAway is a franchise and so success depends, I suspect, on the franchisee that you get.
The guy that came was Mustafa Lort 07961050031 who has some 16 years experience in car body paint work. He operates in North London N13 N21 and areas close by.
I have tried to attach before and after photos of one area he did.

More important .............Midnight Blue, traction control, leather seats, wind deflector, OBC A/C 2.7 arrived on Monday............even better than the ChipsAway paint job !!
I collected it from Porsche Park Lane. Matthew did the handover and I used the new car check list downloaded from this forum. Whole event took close to two hours with no looking at watches. No issues with the car with all check list boxes ticked. Some subtle changes from the checklist. No First Aid kit. Red clip to deactivate the internal space alarm when the hood is open is now replaced by second command of remote control which deactivates the space alarm. Cigarette 12 volts is permenently live ( for battery charge). Service interval restated as 12000 miles or 2 years. No need for 1 year small service if low mileage. No radio security code since radio and car talk to each other each time radio switched on and radio cannot work in any other car (so I am told !). For the same reason there is no removable radio face plate. No keys provided to remove radio.. Slight frown of disapproval from Matthew ! Car was built in Stuttgart. Umbrella and floor mats provided. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
Finally, uniquely, I suspect, for Porsche, the final part of the handover was done at a Park Lane parking meter and Porsche paid the £1/15mins for some time as we finalised the transaction with my bank!
Off to France next week.

PS apparently I can only load one picture per message so Before is here and After is in the message below ! I am not convinced the image will appear !
