Does anyone know this car, please

Ive been looking at various cabs for a while and, although not exactly cheap, this seems very reasonable by current Speedster standards. I was wondering if anyone on here knows the car or, for that matter, the dealer. They are a long way from me...

Don't know the car,but I would be wary of a dealer without a land line.I would also get it checked by an opc for peace of mind when spending that much cash.
 
I stand corrected Brian.It's always good when some one knows the facts.You can see why I would be wary of a mobile only advert though.
 
Would an OPC be the right choice for an inspection? You will need to make sure the OPC has experience with such cars.

Border Reivers is a company owned by Tom Fitzimmons he has been in the car trade for many a year .
Tom has been to a few events and shows over the years and has a selection of cars that are unique to say the least .He has a Black 356 Speedster reg 356A Also a 356 Panamera Outlaw and a 964 RS with some 2k miles I have photos of them all .
In fact I came runner up to his Outlaw car in last years concourse at Hopetoun House early air cooled section He has a collection of cars and was saying the last time i was taking to him that he was starting up this company and would have some special cars this is possibly just an example .
Like buying any item do your home work and check out things get inspections done no matter who you are buying from .I agree a mobile is some time off putting but in this day and age it seems to be the way things are .

well done brian, Tom is starting to trade in specialist cars, and I would expect anything he is selling comes with good history,

OPC inspection would be a minimum for me if spending that sort of cash,

 
Thanks very much everyone. I'll ask the OPC but sometimes the specialists are better with those sort of cars. Anyone know a good Glasgow based specialist, please?
 
To OP, I was at SP Autobahn in Stirling for a Car Clinic Day with tipec club, Stuart had each different Model present on the ramp for about 20 minutes each and talked us through known faults, general maintenance etc. Very informative, would recomend using him for Purchase inspection.
