Does the 'Martini' vehicle carry a premium?

The 1984 date on the advert is a worry... further investigation needed.

Any fantastic condition 924 is worth paying a little bit extra for, not just the Martini edition.
Series 1 924 Turbos are like hens teeth for example, but finding a good one for sale is like er... well, difficult.

In the past 924 model prices have been generally goverened by the price of the 944 model, but with time that line has been steadily blurring with people ready to pay that little bit more for a genuine scarce model.

But saying that, 924 prices are still incredibly unpredictable. Some sellers are able to sell thier 924 at a premium price (particularly if it has a concours history and FPSH et al.) but other find themselves having to drop the prices of thier cars to a fraction of what they originally wanted.

It's a game of nerve, if you really like the car and are confident it's a good one, has a genuine provenance and is a genuine 'Martini' then it's really worth what you can afford.

Hold out though and you may net an absolute bargain as many people here will testify.

Mine cost me 450,runs however needs quite a bit of work - although the PO originally wanted 750, but it is a genuine '77 martini.
Personally i love the '70's look of the interior and the stripes and there's not many around so regardless of cost they're quite rare which is nice.
