Any interest in a one day trip to Donegal.? I know it may be a big distance for some to get down so it will be fairly short.. 60 miles tops. Plenty of stops.....! I was thinking of either September 21 or 28. We could meet up in Bridgend and head down into Inishowen. I have a route roughly thought up with great scenes but I'll wait to see if anybody is interested in a spin out before commiting..... Alan can you organise some Silverstone Classic type weather.....?[;)]

If you have any suggestions let me or Alan know.......!

Hi, I think this would be a great idea - even better if people get up out of their beds early and be in Donegal for around 6am - this way the roads are quiet and stopping places isnt an issue- then stop for a big Irish fry on the way home[:D]
I think driving some of the classic Donegal rally stages is a must - Knockalla and Atlantic drive etc........

I would also leave the date quite flexible and only finalise it 2 or 3 days in advance - pending a good weather forecast.

Oh I do apologise for that oversight......[:D]

It does appear that PCI are getting a run together on the 5 & 6 September (Friday and Saturday before the "Day for Sick Children") The crew will be staying at the Raddisson Limavady and doing a run along the Antrim Coast ..... ! Didnt get any other details yet....!

Sloaner that would be a good idea but if you were coming from the Belfast area it would be a 4:30am start and I cant see too many doing that.[:'(]
