While speaking to some very helpful OPC guys at Solihull (help save the Whales) and Swindon, I have come across a possible cure for the rattle from the rear door.
Mine sometimes gives a slight rattle on the bumpy bits outside Bibury when tramping on in 5th and 6th in full SPASM.
The hatch sits onto two conical rubber prongs at the tail end and is bolstered half way down (neat touch - look at the helicopter tape that they have put in to stop the rubber marking the paint!) Either the bolsters are too high promoting a rattle from the cones over bumps or the cones are too high which allows the door to flex and cause the rattle.
Out with the Snap Ons! Teutonic adjustments time!
