...I have driven my car for the first time in 41 1/2 months. It's running at 10.9:1 regardless of what we did with it so I only reversed it back into the workshop about 3 car lengths but it was still driving, under its own power [:D][FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]The clutch is a pussycat - a bit juddery but light and feelsome enough. The suspension felt firm over the base of the 2-post ramp. The steering is a workout. The smile is large.[FONT=verdana, geneva"]

[faints]

I thought that (given the cash you've spent) you were just getting all the body and engine cavities filled with molten gold?

Strewth! Getting close now then.

What clutch did you go with as I think Beaky's is on the way out?

They have gone up [&:]. Mine is a 6 puck lightweight - they didn't do the ally PP when I got mine. I have a brand new and lightened standard flywheel.[FONT=verdana, geneva"] [FONT=verdana, geneva"]Hopefully the judder will go but it isn't shocking if it doesn't - wouldn't be so nice in a comfy road car I guess though.[FONT=verdana, geneva"]

WAHEY!!!!!!! [:D][:D][:D]

.....and here I was really hoping I would get mine finished before yours [8|] but I think mine will be a few more weeks at least []
