Door card plastic welded plug repair

I am looking to see if anyone else has encountered this.
I had a small rattle in my driver's door . The speaker grill wasn't sitting flush , so I presumed it was the clips . I ordered new clips and removed the door card today. I quickly realised it wasn't the clips but three of the plastic plugs holding the large speaker grill have failed . I attempted to bond but that didn't work. I know you can replace the window switch surround and plastic weld back into place , can you buy replacement door speaker grills , I cannot find them in the pet. Can anyone suggest an alternative fastening method?
