Door cards trim materials

Managed to find 2x door cards in prestine conditions to replace the water damaged ones in my S2. The trim material and colour are beige pin-strip which is different from my linen leatherette. I am thinking of getting some leather (either beige or black) trim to glue onto the new door cards which should be quite straight forward I assume. Can someone advice me where can I get them from with enough material for 2 door cards?

Also, is there any water resist spray that I can apply on the back of the cards to prevent future water damages.
 
Southbound are the best place for the material - and if you put a new polythene door membrane back in it should protect the door card.
