Door glass removal

I would like to swap my passenger door glass as it has a very deep scratch in it.

I have looked in all the usual places but can not find instructions for removing the glass.

Do I need to remove the external rubber trim?

What is the best way to disconnect the scissors from the glass?

OK, done it.

Only takes a few minutes when the door card is off.

Just held the window shut with tape, removed the scissors and the glass came out with no problems.
