Anyone got a pair of door handles they don't need? They're for a 924S, but I think the same ones were used for all models.

E-mail direct with details - philip.edwards@fsmail.net

thanks ......... Phil

i'll have a look tonight. I may have a set from an audi 80 that aren't doing anything.

I have a couple handles off of an audi but they both appear to be passenger side handles. Sorry it was a thought anyway.

Breakers yards are full of VAG cars that use those handles though. SHouldn't be hard to find.

Not hard to find but have you tried prising just a door handle from the grubby mits of a scrappy? I wanted one once for my Audi and none of the local boys would break a door.

I know my local breaker's yard here does them for a fiver. Next time I am around them I'll grab a couple extra. The internal mech between a VW and an audi are different but nothing that a bit of swapping around can't cure.

Door handles on 924s come in many different varieties.........I wanted a new one & it took three attempts to get the right one delivered from a main dealer. The mechanism's can be very different.

Hi,
I have a good used unit that has been lying around my garage for a couple of years if you want it then £15 inc postage its yours.

I always use PH Sports Cars at Cavendish Bridge, Shardlow, Leicestershire. They have a few semi dismantled 924's of various years. I have always found them very reasonable. As they are very busy it can be difficult to get hold of them at times, however!! Telephone 01332 799298.
