Door lock barrel

Are door locks readily available new?
I currently have one key that fits all locks, and would like to keep things that way, but really need to replace one of the locks.
Any thoughts?

The tumbles in the lock barrel can be stripped out and shuffled around, so any door lock barrel will do. It is an easy, very rewarding job to do at the kitchen table, then fit the completed door hadle to the car[:)]
 
And not too difficult.

Buy a lock or two - almost and 70s or 80s vw will do from a scrapyard and you can make up your lock just as Tref says

I did mine - I had 3 different keys now 1!
