In the doors[both ] there are boxes which are returning to dust ,what are they[both door speakers have stopped working,the rear parcel shelf are ok]

I would think the boxes are just foam rubber pads for when the windows are fully down. As for the speakers, check the fader on your stereo is set correctly.

If I remember correctly, there are plastic covers behind the large speaker, attached to the door card. I guess they were there to 'insulate' the magnet from the door metalwork but they also serve the purpose of making it almost impossible to connect the speaker if you've got full sized hands! This could be the answer to both your questions...

Those are the crossovers for the tweeters, at least they were in mine from your description,
I replaced mine with some JBL speakers, cant recall the model and they included new crossovers
which I secured inside the door card
