door wont open

got a slight problem, went to open the passenger door this morning on my 2.5, but it would not open . I tried it from inside but it still didn:t open. i then relocked the car then reopened the car ,still would not open. I had the same problem a few days ago after locking it and unlocking it was ok ,but not this time. i noticed that when i locked it and unlocked it ,from inside, on the faulty door it clicked like a the noise a indicater makes about four times, each time i did this. I cant even get the door panel off with the door closed, please help!!!!!
