Doors a bit loose when closed

ach

I noticed that when driving on rougher surfaces I here a sound from the door that I can describe as rubbing against the rubber seals.
I tried to move the door up and down when it is closed and there is a very small movement indeed.
I checked the lock. It seams that the lock striker (the part of lock which is on the body of the car) is already moved to the extreme position so I do not think I can make it tighter...
Any ideas from the community? Did anyone experience the same problem?
Thanks in advance

I thought the usual sound when driving over rough surfaces was the winscreen as mentioned in other threads. Are you sure its the door?

John, I am absolutely sure.
I know how windscreen sounds. The sound definitely comes from the door.

Cheers

Maurice,
Do you have any experience with the locks?
If to change them - should they be changed completely or is there another way?

Thanks
Andrew
