I understand that this post keeps coming up but I have to have my rant. Rear passenger carpet and beneath rear seat were saturated, called indy to book car in for clearing and checking drainage tubes but did not return my calls. Opted to book car in with OPC and works was carried out. 2 weeks later carpet was checked out of curiosity and to my horror it was saturated again. Called OPC and they asked could they have the car back so they could carry out further tests to determine what the fault was, they said they would require 3 hours but would do the works at a discounted £400. After reading previous posts I decided to remove the rear wheel and liner as the task was supposedly a straightforward job, it was. On removing the liner it was immediately obvious that Porsche had not carried out any works on the drainage outlet as it was completely blocked with dirt which had built up over a long period of time.
My question is how would you pursue this with the OPC , I have taking plenty of pictures and a video for evidence.
Appreciate your time in reading this post and look forward to peoples opinions and what they would do.
