Dreaded water ingress

Hi all, I have damp rear carpets in my 1994 coupe.

Where should I start looking for the source? I seem to recall suggestions previously about cleaning rain drainage ducts for the roof/sunroof.

Can anyone enlighten me?

Ive got damp carpets in the rear footwell of the cab , so any help would be appreciated ..

Hi John...delighted to see you still have it ;)

might be stating the obvious here...but are the rubbers on your rear windows all ok (none slightly perished). Other than that the Sun Roof ducts are more than likely the issue.

Also do a search on Pelican....the answer will be there (somewhere).

Maurice/Sean, I know this is going to sound obvious, but where are these sunroof ducts?

Sean, how are you surviving without your Burnt Orange Beauty?!!

Hi John..on my S ..standing at the engine looking at the rear window..there was 2 holes (about big enough for a coat hanger)..just above the rear window...on the lip of the roof.

Finding it very difficult at the moment porscheless....cold turkey is an understatement. Getting my kicks in some friends 911's and planning for the next one. Probably another 12 months (hopefully earlier).

If you get a chance drop me a mail at seanthedub@gmail.com
