This has been done before, I know, but it would be fun to have another go - with a slight twist.

You have to choose one car only from each of the last 5 decades! Put as much, or as little, detail as you like, but colous are essential! One car must be what you would like as a daily driver.

Here's my 5 - not the most expensive or rare cars of their era, but ones which stir my emotions:

00's - 997 Turbo in Meteor Grey, with a nice special order two-tone grey interior (inspired by Chris Kenward's 996TT!) An ideal daily driver!

90's - McLaren F1. Silver. So I could do 200mph with ease with two mates on board [;)] .

80's - 911 Carrera 3.2 Club Sport - White with black interior and red Fuchs (weren't they all?)

70's - Ferrari Dino 246 GTS in Rosso with Crema leather. I would only need to sit in it and fondle the gear lever and chrome gate. In my opinion the prettiest car ever made.

60's - Mini Cooper 1275S. Old English White with a black roof, and black seats. My old one, actually - CLB 188H.

00s - Zonda Roadster in unpainted Carbon fibre

90s - Mclaren F1 in Black

80s - Lancia Integrale 16v In Martini colours (got to have a shopping car...)

70s - Lancia Stratos HF in Alitalia Colours

60s - Porsche 906 White with Red

It's a difficult choice isn't it? All road legal though...

00's Bugatti Veyron. Blue with grey bonnet. Black leather interior

90's Lotus Esprit V8. Silver with black leather interior.

80's Audi Quattro. Red with white leather interior. (Daily Drive!!)

70's Maserati Bora. Red. White leather interior.

60's Aston Martin DB5. Gun metal grey. Black leather interior.

The 60's was a difficult year with the 67 Shelby Fastback but I guess it has to be the Aston!

Cheers Alan.

I often think of this kind of thing, here we go.

00 - 911 Turbo - dark blue, black interior. - everyday car

90 - Ferrari 355, Red cream interior.

80 - 911 3.2 red, black leather G50 gearbox, Black Fuchs, No rear spoiler, keeping wanting one, even thought of getting rid of my 996 for one but think i would miss it to much, so will have to work a bit harder and try and get one as well one day.

70 - 911 - 2.7 RS White of cause, Black interior.

60 - Mercdes 280 SL powder Blue, beige interior.

I also like the idea of a 60s Rolls, and have a driver to take me and the wife to, dinner parties etc, but cant get the SL out of my head that my grandpa use to own.
