Drive to Yorkshire

R7 (Yorkshire region) are arranging a drive out and a picnic (bring your own food) August 15th at Duncombe Park near Helmsley.

For anyone who would like to join us we are meeting at Birch Services (Eastbound) at 10.00am, for the drive ooop north!

the 2 takers we had, ducked out on saturday evening.[] and as the weather was really awful, we decided to give it a miss. (I'm not sure the 911 is a very good swimmer!)

Next time, if we are not plagued with floods we will definately be there (promise)

Thanks for reply - and yes the weather was I think, the one good day in August we had.

What about a return match? I know it's already been suggested but can we start to put some meat on the bones.
What's the best venue for us to drive to and eat - sometime late Oct?
