As stated by Paul in the latest (Jan 2015) Porsche Post, the region are hoping to have a presence at the resurrected Silverstone 24 hour race next year. Normally held towards the end of the season, this time round it will be 23-26th April. It has always been my goal to take part in this race and that remains a possibility - even if it won't be in a Porsche.

We are hoping there will be a PCGB ticket and in-field parking deal as in previous years but meanwhile, if you want to jump the gun and request tickets now, please use this link to visit the Britcar website.

Thanks for posting, Chris - I'm still endeavouring to put the relevant parties together for this and get things moving... there is a chance that there may be some discounted entry available if this gets further off the ground soon.

The space for as many as 300+ infield cub member Porsches [:D] may be on the cards, too.
Of course, that depends on the numbers of members interested in the end. If enough people want to come, we could virtually extend the offer you see on Chris's link beyond 2014, to PCGB members.
Just need the numbers[;)]

Hi chris ...any clue on what you might be driveing !!

A Boxster is a possibility - which would be a first! If I get the BMW I'm looking at, that's also a possible. Or I might just grab a spare seat in something like a Seat Supacopa. It's all pie in the sky at the moment!

Chris.
