No real info, e.g. such as what happens when you sell the car.

Not sure about the bit where he says "...found someone online, does everything I want them to..." - a bit too much information.
What a load of twaddle.

It is worrying that someone, somewhere thought that is was a good idea to present this topic in such a way. "How to make a funny infomercial - fail!"

You will get a refund of the remaining tax when you sell the car, btw. Can't be transferred to the next owner.

I hear a rumour that the star is a DVLA employee not a professional actor. Some would say he's not even an amateur actor. No idea who the script-writer is.
