DW Performance in Bedford - review

I think that this is a relatively new company, so it doesn't have much of a track record, and is up against some established Porsche Indies in this area such as Auto 2000 in Kempston and Dove House Motors in Rushden.
They're only a few miles from me so I'll try to pop in there when I get a chance and report back. Unfortunately they're not open at weekends so it may be a while.

Excellent company run by the former workshop manager at OPC Silverstone.
Asked him to replace the flexible brake hoses with braided ones and fix a coolant leak from the front crossover pipes.
Turned into a nightmare for him - brake fittings on solid brake pipes were corroded so three of the small fixed pipes from flexi hose to caliper had to be replaced. Crossover pipe the large coolant pipes connect to had corroded the pipes in, so the crossover pipe and hoses had to be replaced - who on earth puts a steel collar on hose that goes into a aluminium fitting!
Also, all of the inner bleed valves on brake calipers seized - two of which snapped off and had to be drillied out - he thought they had not been undone for a long time!
Wouldn't hestitate to recommend him, free courtesy car and a 10% discount for PCGB members.
He is also holding an open day at his workshop in Bedford on June the 10th, 9am 'till 2pm
