Vic and I are booked into the Alvanley Arms for Friday night. They have a dining room for 12..........

I have booked a room there on Friday night, I was going to come home on Saturday afternoon. We only stayed 2 nights this year as the trackday was on the Friday and we didn't want to travel back down the M6 on a Friday night. Vic is organising the guest list for dinner on Friday night.
 
Johnny the food cud be pretty bad may need a Doctor .......................before anyone gets the wrong idea they can only seat 12 and yes JS u are one of them and Ben s coming in we hope ..........................so looks like its full house for Friday evening

Porsches only. Bookings will be opened up to other cars one month before the day -so this is a great oppurtunity to make it TOTALLY PORSCHE!!!

Will advize when bookings open on the 'net.

Can I suggest the traditional Chinese after the event, on the Saturday night, so we can relax!!

Vic is in charge of the dinner arrangements, I'm suere he will be along soon to let you know if there is space at the table.
 
Just back from a bit of a Booze cruise ! Mike the friday 'dinner ' was kinda impromptu where can we crash out after driving up and eat near by ! There seem to be 13 of us booked for a room that takes 12 .................in no way wish to be offhand but if they can slide u in great ,will speak to Hotel /Pub nearer the time and see what the score is ..............like ur on the reserve list , bet a couple of folk dont make it !

It will stay that way untill closer to the event, if you want it 100% Porsche its up to you.

Garages can be prebooked and speedy briefings are available if required all online.

btw, can someone lend me a Porsche so the sighting laps dont have to be done in an Alfa? [;)]
