Electric mirrors

I've decided to have a go at fixing my electric mirrors this year, as they that stopped working nearly two years ago

Does anyone know where I could get a joystick from?
I think it's the joystick, as they stopped working when I removed the door panel to replace the old speakers.
When I put it all back together again they refused to work.
I have checked the fuse, that is fine and I cannot see any broken wires?
