Electric Window motor replacement (help) FIXED FIXED

hi every1,

I wonder if some1 could give me some advice replacing the electric window motor ( passenger side ? )

on an early 944, or any 944 to be honest. I m wondering if the metal sheet infront of the motor comes off, or will I have to work my way inside the door, to remove the motor... through tjhe holes and gaps...[:mad:]
