Electric window switch - anyone got one spare?

Hi guys, i am full swing into getting a lot of little electrical niggles sorted with my 944 S2 (1989) cabriolet and have finally decided that the slightly sticky electric window switch has got to go. Its annoyed me on one too many occasions now.

Does anyone have one kicking around or know somewhere where i can pick one up on the cheap - i don't fancy paying for a whole new one if i don't have to.

Cheers

Contact Clean 200ml £4.00 worth a try

Don't discount buying a new one. My sunroof switch feel to pieces, and a "used", as in "could be almost as bad" switch was £25 plus postage. A new one was £40, free postage and less Club discount from a Porsche centre. About a tenner difference, but it'll last the car out and only needs fitting once.

Andy, nah its proper knackered. I popped the top off it too have a look and the ball bearing had about a 1/2" of corrosion round it (all right it wasnt quite that bad but it was terminal [;)]). The rest of the pcb and contacts werent much better either.

I think it may be worth my while just to look into buying a new switch as paul suggests. I shall have to give a few breakers and the nearest porsche center a call the morn and see what i can find. Fortunately im not in too much of hurry so will just take my time over it.
