Just broke another on one the drivers door []
this is the second one ive broken, next time i use it im going to look at it first and not feel for it :ROFLMAO: NO pun intended.
These switches are made from jelly i think...............
The pivot pins break if you dont use them gently, back to the OPC again ......DRAT !

Well i also need a few other little bits, the OS plastic sunroof spoiler closing ramp has broken at the conection to the spoiler and not closing as nicely as it did, Im not sure if i need a complete assembly or an individual part, the PET manual shows various parts grouped into one. Anybody worked on this before ??

last window switch bought last year was £12 this year £23 []
I was told that wheel bearings have come down though....from £50+ to around £7
Only problem is that bearings dont put windows up and down now do they..........
Thanks for that Mr Porsche []

I replaced the whole sunroof wind deflector with the all metal item from the earler 911 models (mine had most bits missing when I bought the car, and I couldn' t work out what I needed). This seems to be more effective, and I' ve modified mine by removing the springs, so that I can flick it up and down maually - at low speeds up is best, over 30 down is best. Got mine s/h for about £50

I' m sure you' ve already sorted this out (sorry haven' t looked at this forum much before now) but just in case I have the part no. for the sunroof ramp - mine broke one side too recently.
p no. 91156412700 about $6 US from Pelican Parts I think. Same time I also broke my drivers side window switch, ordered a new one, fitted it and then the other side broke. Since ordered 2 more - keep a spare. Switches were only about $12 US from the same source as far as I can remember.
