The light only comes on when the main lights are turned on.
.... so you can look at the engine when doing 70mph in the dark?

Or does the bonnet have to be open as well?

Oil, someone has nicked your S2 engine and put one of those far superior booosty devices in its place...[;)]
Nick,

Bugger off.

([;)]'s aplenty! It's a piccie of Paul - Hilux's - engine bay, as he linked to further up in the thread. I, for one, have never seen the need to strap a cold-air-hairdrier onto the side of any engine I have ever owned. As our cross-pond cousins would say, 'There ain't no replacement for displacement'.)

ETA: Interesting - the swear filter doesn't like the one that rhymes with rugger ...

Or, as numerous e-mails from foreign climes keep telling me, there's no substitute for inches.....[]
Yes, but - do you know? They just don't work!

Honestly, if each and every one of those did as they promised, mine would be longer than the M1 by now ... as it is, they haven't made a blind bit of difference!

Do you think I've been diddled?

Oli.

Never had mine working either ...
