Engine cover concertina air dam

My engine cover spoiler has been off a couple of times recently for one reason and another.
I now have a problem with the "concertina air dam" (for the want of the correct description) coming detatched
from the rib on the engine cover. I suspect vibration and the crap roads work it loose.
It pushes back OK but clearly it's just going to continue to be a pain. Has anyone had this issue and been able
to come up with a successful mechanical fix?
 
It's called a 'wall' and prob needs replacing.

Easy ten min slide out, slide on job
