engine cover suspension arms

Hi all,
It looks as if my suspension arms for the engine cover are on their way out, intermitently failing, leaving a nasty mark at the back of my head.
Have decided to change both of them. How big a job is it , is there a nack to it,and can any one give me some sound advice as to how to tackle it.

20 minute job, you have to remove the airbox, and the blower motor( the other side) undo the clips on the engine lid, pull the pins out, off comes the strut...then the same for the bodywork end, replacement is the exact opposite, its that simple, just take your time, I did mine in 10 minutes, bought the struts from Euro car parts, IIRC about 17£ all in.
