Engine Cuts and Immobilisers

Gents,
Took the Infineon out for a blast on Sunday... simply superb even on a 1hr motorway cruise to the hills I wanted to play on...
However, after a couple of weeks hiding under the cover, the battery was flat... now given the cars have an obvious electrical cut off, seems rude not to use it, question is, am I going to have any issues with the immobiliser afterwards if I do do we reckon?

No problems with mine. I turn the alarm off and then disconnect the battery via the kill switch. This stops the current drain by the alarms. Then when I switch the kill switch 'off' the immobilisers set automatically. I have two immobilisers. A Sigma M30 immobiliser/alarm and a German sourced immobiliser.

Cheers.

Thanks boys, I have a porsche issued immobiliser on a key fob that broadcasts wirelessly... so was a bit concerned about it getting "out of sync" or the suchlike... but tipping it isn't that sophisticated.
