Engine photos

I have a 981 Boxster Spyder and one of my biggest complaints (probably too strong a word) is that there is no chance to see the engine. Not unless I have the car up on an inspection lift or lay on the ground!

The same issue affects most of the range unfortunately.

So, my question/request is: does anyone have any decent photos of the engine?

There is a really nice engine pic of the 718 engine in the Boxster section under News.
I know it's not the 981 asked for but still a great photo.

It was seeing that photo that prompted my original post. I think Porsche are really missing a trick by not somehow 'showing off' their engines in the cars

Seeing this post has reminded me that a clear engine cover was available for the 987-series Cayman:

I don't think that there was one for the 987 Boxster or that there's one available for the 981-series Cayman.
