Engine Scoring HELP

Some advice needed please. This is a picture of one of the bores on my friends newly acquired 944 Turbo S that he is putting back on the road.

There is some scoring and he wants to know what is the best way forward to make sure that the bottom end is going to be good for the future.

Warm it up, cool it down, keep good fresh oil in it, don't fuss or look for work or problems, and drive the life out of it.

That block has 200,000 miles left in it IMO.

In any other engine of a steel / Iron material, those marks would be a serious problem, but there's something wonderful about Alusil hardness and its resistance to friction.
