Events on recommendation

Would be very happy to hear from members who can recommend a good forthcoming Sunday event where venue is in pictureresque setting. Need this to please the other half. A stately home, a river and a swing wood be favourite. Oh, yeh, I'm based in London, so would prefer venue to be no further than say 150 miles.

Why not try the Fete Champetre in Stourhead Gardens (Wilts) 21st 22nd July. My singing group (Steam Heat) is performing just inside the main entrance from 6.00 pm both nights.

an event even you would like ! its called wings & wheels an air display a short one & car display & guess what the kent r25 & sussex r23 are there to display there cars & YOURS ? if you want to pop down you have to be there by 10.00 to 10.15am to get passes FREE for you & car + two passenger passes & display your car and all ! drop me a line if this ok to davepaul993@yahoo.co.uk with your phone no,
