Evora opinions

Comments about the Lotus Evora seem to suggest that we will all be staying with our porkers!!

Must admit that I was invited to test the new supercharged version a few months ago and I went in the 911 expecting the old C4 to feel like an outdated barge when I got back into it- but it didn't!!!! It felt just as quick , better planted and had a lot better visibility, not to mention build quality. I think my £70k will be stopping in the bank earning an impressive 2% a year [:D] My Elise S1 is going up in value faster than that!!![:)]

I will sort out something for a visit and track event down at Lotus. When I have organised a rough itinerary, dates, hotels, prices etc I will post something on the forum to get an idea of how many want to attend. Should make another cracking event!!

Yeah thoroughly enjoyed the experience of driving a modern sports car, but dont think I have a spare 70K to splash out, especially on a teachers wage...no wise cracks Ian...
Although I cant compare it to the modern 911 as I have never had the pleasure (may be tapping a ride from one of you guys for that experience)...but I still prefer my 964 ...
