ew price for HArdtops 1000+ VAt and 1100+Vat

Sorry for being slack

One dealer and a private seller intially offered me lapis blue tops as cars werent selling but then changed their minds !!!!.

Hence why i put the offer from jasmine on Hold, However due to chane in MInd of above i have resorted to finding new ones again.

Jasmine have i think 5 that will be painted to match.



I have been in touch with another supplier.

Apparetly there has been a fault with NEW Hardtops and a lot have been recallled bAck to germany. they are in Short supply.

This dealer are suppling prepainted ones direct from Germany for 1000 to 1100 plus Vat.
This is in contrast to Jasmine who will paint them in Uk for you. Hence jasmine may be quicker.
At present they can source two.


Currently yellow is 1000+ Vat

LAPIS bLUE IS 1100 + vAT


I have some wanted adds in various net pages and have been approached tme ti time being offered silver ot yellow or black tops, I have knockd these back.

It would be helpful if everyone can just post or Email me their colours that they want. If so i will pass one details of say a silver or yellow one to .


I need to let the dealer know colours and i have thus so far.


But i will keep people posted on progress of this.

Zenith Blue hardtop, i told him 950 to 1000 pound depending on fitting kit is inlcuded.

You will need a set of bolts which cost about 50 to fit the top.

don't forget you will proberly need the clips in order to fit the hard top to your car.



also if you have a plastic window don't forget to use the bit of felt (supplied with the hard top)between the folding plastic window (after you have done the boxster chop)as this will help spread the weight of the hard top and minimise creasing your plastic window.

First time on the forum for me. Noticed your name in the latest Porsche Post and would like to throw my name into the hat for a Boxster Hardtop.

I have a June 2000 2.7 in Ocean Blue and having spent a fair bit of time recently on motorways, I have decided a ought to invest in a hardtop.

Please can you let me know what the latest situation is with the hardtop prices, availability, likely delivery times and what else you need from me.

Assuming the prices are coming down to around £1,000 to £1,100 then I am very seriously interested.
