Hi all,
My wanderings through the world of Cups and NGT continues.

I have found, with some help, a sub 20k km Fly Yellow 64NGT that was owned by a guy called Brian Burrows, a flambuoyant character who is well known in VW circles I believe.

Apparently the car was well known within PCGB and was on display a number of times in the past. The car left the UK some time ago and has passed through a number of hands since, not sure exactly when it left these shores.

Hope someone knows something about the car.

Thanks in advance,
kevin

Remember the car - dont know much about it but you'll find Brian burrows active on a forum somewhere I am sure

Thanks Simon, I found him on Volkzone - he very kindly has given me some info on the car which sounds like a nice one.....

I remember it being for sale via Gmund years ago. It popped it up at another UK dealer down south somewhere I think, then Tom advertised it once or maybe twice. Not seen it for a few years now.

Was low mileage at the time, sure it was sub 10k kliks but might be wrong.

Brian is very well knownand yes quite flamboyant!

Think he lives in France now? Once had an utterly amazing collection of Porsches including two Porsche family 73RS prototypes.....think he had 16 73RS? His garage at one point was just beyond belief....imagine if he'd kept them all what they would be worth now.....EEEEK

At his expense he used to get them transported to PCGB shoes -saw his 4WD 964 at Highclere once -now THAT is a rare baby...

I didnt know you could get PCGB shoes, what do they look like? I've only seen t shirts and caps.
