Exhaust advice-996 Turbo

Just noticed a note change in my 66,000 mile exhaust, nothing major, just slight and was MOT'd yesterday and passed on emissions, etc.
Sounds like it may be coming from part of the exhaust that is hidden by the rear bumper, hence the MOT tester not noticing?
In anticipation that its on the way out can anyone advise what I should replace it with, its a standard Porsche exhaust and it has been suggested I get a sports one but would not know where to start?
Any help re types, makes, prices would be appreciated?
Thanks,
Donald.

Thanks Richard no one suggested that. Indy and OPC can't say without taking bumper of, think that's the next logical step? Wanted to get some ideas in case off 'worst case scenario'.
Hopefully get bumper off at weekend and find out for sure.

Should it be the exhaust itself (which would be unusual) you can often find standard Turbo systems on eBay for £3-400 complete. That's where most of them go when people fit aftermarket systems.

Feeling a bit more relaxed now, OPC have noticed a bolt missing on a Turbo heat shield and cant find any issue with the exhaust. Hopefully this is causing the slight noise change?

How DOES Richard do it, correct once again?

Many thanks.
