Exhaust Backboxes

I bought my 2001 996 last November and after an inspection PC Mid Sussex I was advised that one of the back boxes was badly corroded. I decided not to change it as a new Cylinder Head stole most of my money and, fortunately, it is still not blowing. However, I am now looking at fitting some stainless steel sports pipes.

I have not done a great deal of research but I have pretty much settled on a pair of Cargraphic ETS Sport Backboxes supplied an dfitted by Parr. These are the louder oprtions and sounded best when I played the sound files on the website. Not overly loud or intrusive but more robust than the originals. At this time I not planning to change the Cats or the Manifolds.

I was just wondering what other options would mor eexperienced 996 owners suggest that I consider before making my final decision.

I am also in the market for some back boxes.
I was warned against some boxes as too loud, Dansk seem to have a range in loook and noise.

Stainless Steel OE type96.335S ( as OE in look and sound )
Sports exhaust OE type (looks like OE but a bit louder) 96.330S
Sports Exhaust (not OE construction louder than OE) 96.300S
Sports exp (not OE construction & LOUD ) OE 96.300SEXP

I am going for 96.330S, should recieve next week.

Cheers

Thanks Gordon, the Dansk exhaust looks like a good option but while I was checking pricing on Tubi and Techart offerings one of the guys I spoke with suggested a Seca Competizone sports exhaust, which I have to say I have never heard of, although it does sound tempting. It would appear that nothing is ever easy.

Just fitted my dansk 96.330s exhaust.
Very pleased, slightly more'fruity' tone.
Efficiently supplied from Germany by Oettle Autodienst.
