Hi. I haven't been on for a very long time.

Can anyone advice on the best exhaust system for increased power and sound on my PDK Boxster S Gen 2. I have found 2 so far. IPE and Miltech.

Bit of a mind field.

Wishing you all a happy new year

I have a a DesignTek Valvetronic Exhaust fitted to my Boxster S by Performance Porsche, check out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ym-7K0K6UA. as this in my car.

Can fault the system and you get the benefit of switching between normal (louder than standard) and sports mode....really good sound

I had a full miltek and stage 2 remap on my then new cayman S in 2007 , The dyno reading was 310bhp and gave me better mid and top end performance .The sound was a deep throating howl above 3000 revs and like normal below great not too loud and could still be used on long journeys without getting irritated.

Fitted by a lovely chap Simon of AMD Technik in woking, Surrey. Before i sold my Cayman S I replaced it with the original exhaust ,porsche cars reading said the exhaust voids the warranty.
