Exhaust system

Hello guys,

I have a C4S 997.1 2006 model. I bought it @ 39k miles, it is now 47k miles. The exhaust system looks kind of rusty all around. I have lost the nuts holding the attach between the B and C (triangle attach) as referenced on the picture attached (The picture isn't from my car but from internet as a reference) but this is holding firm. Although the bolts are still on it. I think the nuts took off because of the rustiness and age, I am not sure. I do not have much mechanical knowledge. I was wondering if anybody had some advices regarding the issue. Do I need to get it repair at a porsche service centre or can I just buy some new bolts myself? How to get rid of the rust and stop it from happening more efficiently?
I will try to take an actual picture of my exhaust.
Thank you
Anthony

A rusty looking exhaust and the bolts rusting on the exhaust and the nuts disappearing is pretty common on most Porsche's. Your local Porsche Specialist can rectify. Alternatively you can just leave until they show up as a slight blow or worse, the rational for this is that it is a far cheaper job to do as the bolts have virtually gone by then. Attempting to do at an early stage can be really expensive due to the time needed to remove them.

Ps if you have a stainless exhaust a lot of it will be dirt

Hey guys,
As Gordon Attar said, this is the exhaust fixings rusting away and it is common, I went to HP Porsche in Hainault to have it checked. I will try to post a pic of my car. I found this one on google image just for the reference. I wish mine was as clean as this as well :)

Thanks for the help
