Hi i am looking for a second hand s/steel exhaust for my 1981 SC, can anyone help as to where i can have a deal with someone who has one please.

Regards

Rey..

As a long term economy, I replaced my rotten standard exhaust and heat exchangers with a Dansk single out back box and SSI exchangers, both stainless. If you go Dansk, the painted versions are a lot cheaper. Also got rid of some crossover pipe thingy so that the exchangers vent directly into the back box. Not very economical on the petrol though. You see the trouble is the car sounds so damn nice now I find myself driving miles out of the way to find bridges and tunnels so I can hear it properly.....

I know what you mean Chris! [;)] The sound of a relatively un-silenced SC is a wonder to be enjoyed frequently. When you've worn that one out try a Triad West Performance exhaust, they are the dogs!
