Im looking for a performance exhaust system for my 944 lux .

Suggestions would be great

I was recommended a Dansk for my car and although the mid section is not available the addition of the back makes it sound pretty nice, i've noticed no performance changes.

Actually it is available,look here http://www.design911.co.uk/fu/pt63_398_-cma81-cmo123/Porsche/944-1982-91/Silencers---Mufflers/ .I agree that Dansk is best ,not sure about power gains but fitment and quality are top notch.
 
I thought Dansk was original equipment? Either way I don't think it is a 'performance' exhaust as such, just a replacement for the standard backbox. I think the options out there are few and far between unless you want to spend around £800 on a full SS system from people like Hayward and Scott.
 
I have a Dansk rear silencer on my racecar,and a standard Porsche backbox one on my standard road car,they look and sound very different if anything the Dansk one sounds more restrictive?
