Adrian Oxley at Exeter OPC - £40-odd quid. 01392 822841 and he will post it. He's without doubt the best OPC parts man in the UK. Alternatively I have one if you want a cheap 2nd had; I only removed it because I took off the water cooling for the turbo and needed one from an n/a car.

Expansion Tank

It takes away plumbing and a pump and it takes load off the cooling system, possibly by adding it to the oil cooling system admittedly but I can (and will very soon) get a much bigger thermostatically controlled oil cooler than standard for not too much money now I have a good relationship with a local oil cooler and braided line maker. In terms of the turbo I just need to let it cool after a drive more religiously than with water cooling (and I was anal about it anyway) and in any case turbos are cheap enough these days to be almost a consumable. Wassat? Somebody say anti-lag?

Well thanks for telling me that now, since I ordered one from Colchester yesterday. Dave in parts must be realy confused now as there seems to be a rush on expansion tanks in Essex. []
I thought most people on here used Adrian now. I think Paul does and Nick also, so there's the register secretariat covered already. Slim did too plus a few others.ORIGINAL: John Sims

We are cornering the market []
I have to admit I fancy a clean white expansion tank but I can't make up my mind whether to buy the clear front indicators that Simon at Essential Styling has just started selling for a brilliant price.
Decisions, decisions [&:]
If I may be so bold, I would leave the header tank for a couple of thousand as there may be some oil contamination in the water ways as a result of your re-build. It would only be very minnor but wouldn't it be nice to keep the clean tank as clean as clean as you have ever seen?
So that'll be indicators then []

There's always the shiny option [8D]
Nah! Too Bling, too heavy and not as easy to check the water level. In this case the original is best. I am tempted by a Bling power steering reservoir though.[]
My anti-freeze is a source of eternal amusement. "What colour will it be today?" It started bright blue then it dulled to green and them orange and now it's tending to pale yellow. Bizzarre. Unfortunately Andy just informed me his uber-fancy Texaco super-dooper stuff will be arriving soon and I just have to have some of that. What's the betting it's colour-stable? The other stuff is Elf apparently.

Can't remember who was looking for one (or I would have PM'd instead of posting for all to compete!)
But, there's a nice looking Expansion Tank Here:-

Not sure if the tank is the same as a '44 (looks very similar, although the part no. is 08 at the end, as opposed to 06 for my Turbo.)
Don't know if £30 (inc. postage) is that cheap, but cheaper than the 50 notes the dealer will relieve from you for a new one!
