I purchased an Extended Warranty for my 996 in June this year. As yet still to receive any documentation for it. OPC where purchased, states they are waiting for documnets to come from Porsche. I wrote to Porsche directly, they state that documentation can only be sent from the OPC where purchased. Therefore seem to be going round in circles. Has anyone had similar problems getting their documentation?

Same issue. Purchased warranty in January and all I have to show for it is formal receipt of payment from OPC Reading.
However, I have the comfort of knowing that the warranty's existence is registered on OPC computer system, as I have already had warranty work completed by OPC Bournemouth.

Curious. I renewed at Reading in July, and was given the documentaion there and then. The same the previous year at Mid-Sussex...
They entered it all direct in to the computer in front of me, then gave me the documents.

Ahoy, i just got my extended warranty this month and all you get is the booklet which outlines the policy and your policy number, this is gi'en t' you on the spot and thar is no other paperwork i.e. apparently it is in the system and all OPC service centres will honor it.
Thar is no Special Porsche Assist card, all you have t' do is call 0800 777123 and state your vessel reg. As you probably already know, you be then put on the general national RAC queue list... so be ready t' wait for a good 45min for help... Aye, my parrot concurs!
