Some **** **** has bumped into my car and smashed the offside front fog and dented the bumper, but of course not realising their error, they drove away and left me with an interest to pursue over the coming weeks. The bumper has been pushed back as well, I live down in Eastbourne, any suggestions on how to get it repaired, I already have a glass for the lamp (forward planning) but nothing for the bits the screws go through, any suggestions most welcome, (but the colour stays the same). Also I've got to be careful as the wife is pushing for me to get a "family" car. (still no car seat.)

if its second hand bits you are after i would ring my mate tony on 07071223580 he can send any where in the uk and dont mind selling the smallest of parts. or i ordered some bits from www.porsch-apart.co.uk they are very helpful and i had my stuff straight away. have you got a picture of the damage?

bogger thats bad luck.Thank god its not worse like a door or bonnet I suppose.
I hate going to park anywhere in town in case that happens. I have been hit in all of my last four cars incl the 928 and that only went into town once !

what is it with people these days.??? can ya let us have a picture ?

Thats bad luck unfortunately very few people seem to have any thought for others these days.I had a note put on my screen some years ago saying sorry it was me that did the damage to your car, must have been to cover them if anybody saw the incident?
I would look on ebay or why not put a thread on the forums wanted list[8|]
best of luck!

Thanks I'll try those numbers on monday, I had the bumper off today but I'm buggered if I can get it back on, to my liking, if it's not one side it's the other, I got the light in easily which was a bit off a shock, I hammered the bracket behind but it's never going to be perfect done by me, I'll get the bumper back on tonight as I wanted to get down to Goodwood tomorrow, I'm not going to get chance to clean it now (or that's my excuse), anyway best get back to it.

Go back to where it happened and look for CCTV.

We are said to be on camera at least 300 times a day.

Thanks that sounds perfect, I've asked about cameras and they have them only at the ticket barrier, how useful, so I now will just need the tiny bits of plastic that blend in with the lamp that the screws go through, I'll try Exeter OPC and stick a post on,

I'll e-mail you later to arrange the bracket transfer, god I sound like I'm at work, oops I am, best be off

found the bracket but I'm afraid it is not new its used. Its been knocking about my cupboard for years. Should be ok though. I can just make out the part No 477.807.131.A ?
