Gary,
is it a library picture at the top of the page, posted for comment, or is your beast going through major changes, wheels, engine mods & I also read about new seats....blimey!! Did you also say your car hasn't got drivers seat memory function ? I thought this was standard on the TT, do tell all ?

The beast is going through major changes!!

The picture is taken in my office car park.

My car has the optional sport seats, which do not (at least on the MY2001) have memory function. I was considering GT3 seats, but of course they do not have the folding seat back to gain access to the rear seats, (The GT3 does not have rear seats:ROFLMAO: doh)

I have also got a Brey Krause harness bar, so I needed to remove the drivers seat in order to fit a clip mount next to the stock seatbelt buckle for the inside lap harness, when used on the 4 or 5 trackdays a year.

New Exhuast and re-map next week (assuming Milltek pull their finger out and deliver the blooming thing)

Blimey, re-chip eh, how many extra horses will you have? You are a brave man with all that expensive turbo charged metal that can go wrong !
Presumably the exhaust comes with race-cats, I have a Cargraphic system on mine, bit too boomy at 2k revs otherwise great & spools the Turbo's up quicker.
I'll be interested to hear the out come of your mods, no wonder you need strapping in, keep us posted !
All the best
Grant

Milltek Exhaust now fitted - released 30 BHP so far. Sounds fantastic not boomy at all. According to Milltek should be 97dBa on 996TT
