Factory visit to Pristine Wheels

I mentioned this briefly at the Region meeting last Sunday but having spoken to Alex Drobik - the 964 Register Secretary - it seems that we have some spare capacity for the planned visit to Pristine Wheels. Many people found the presentation recently given by David James - Pristine's MD - very entertaining and informative and I thought there might be some interest in finding out a little more by visiting the factory itself.

Because it's obviously a working operation the visit needs to be done on a working day and Pristine have suggested that a Monday would suit them best. To that end we have agreed on April 21st as a suitable date.

The tentative schedule for the day is as follows:

Arrive by 09.45, have some tea/coffee, [FONT=verdana,geneva"]
[FONT=verdana,geneva"] Start the tour at 10.00,[FONT=verdana,geneva"]
[FONT=verdana,geneva"] End at around 12.00, have a light lunch with their Managing Director/owner, David James,[FONT=verdana,geneva"]
[FONT=verdana,geneva"] End by 13.00.

Although the visit has been arranged through the 964 Register it just seemed a perfect oportunity for us "locals" to get to see the workings of the company and Alex says that they can handle up to 15 people.

If anyone is interested in joining the tour either let me know or, preferably, e-mail Alex directly at alexspeed964@mac.com.

I reckon it will be really interesting to see what goes on behind the scenes.

Regards

Dave

Hi Dave,

I've been in touch with Alexander and we will be there. As you may remember, they did a wonderful job on my alloys on the Merc' and at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Cheers

Dave
