Faint brake vibration & low speed grabbing

I have an april 05 Carrera with 15.5k miles and have recently noticed a faint vibration either at high braking speeds and a faint grabbing at almost walking pace. I doubt corrosion or a warped disk as the car has had a very easy life and i would value advice or tales of similar symptoms. The car is still under full Porsche warranty for what that may be worth.
